All services are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service offering at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially affect confirmed bookings.

As a user of our platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making inquiries or placing orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal regulations. Misrepresentation of event details, guest counts, or dietary requirements may result in cancellation of services without refund.

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed service agreement and applicable deposit. Payment terms are clearly outlined in each service proposal and must be adhered to as specified.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of any deposits paid. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

Lastminutecateringperth reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather events, supply chain disruptions, or staffing shortages. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Lastminutecateringperth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

All content, design elements, logos, text, graphics, and software on the Lastminutecateringperth platform are the property of Lastminutecateringperth or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the platform without prior written consent from Lastminutecateringperth.
